Internal Initiatives: - Children's Engagement (K-7) - Youth Program (9th grade+) - Family Gatherings - Winter Clothing Drive Children's Engagement (K-7) ### Children's Engagement
(K-7) Free bilingual PIR Day Camps open to the whole community. Camps provide enrichment and fun while fostering belonging and connection across cultures. Youth Program (9th grade+) ### Youth Program (9th grade+)    In partnership with **Big Sky Youth Empowerment (BYEP)**, this yearlong program brings together 8–12 students to build connection and belonging while exploring the outdoors. Activities range from skiing in winter to climbing and rafting in summer. Groups meet **Tuesdays and Sundays**, with meals and transportation included. By combining language skills with empowerment, we help participants build independence and confidence.
