Welcome Center
Your first stop for support and connection.
The Welcome Center is where families and individuals can come to receive bilingual guidance, emergency items, and trusted connections to resources. We meet people where they are and walk alongside them with respect, dignity, and trust.

Community Navigation
Our Community Navigation Program helps families understand their options, complete paperwork, and connect to the right services so they can thrive in Montana.
What we offer:
- Bilingual Navigation Line for Spanish-speaking residents
- One-on-one appointments for paperwork and applications
- Referrals to trusted partners and service providers
- Guidance on healthcare, schools, housing, and public services
- Connections to cultural and community activities
Community Closet
The Community Closet provides essential items at no cost for families in need. It is stocked year-round with practical support to ease transitions and emergencies.
What you’ll find:
- Winter clothing for all ages
- Baby items (diapers, formula, wipes, bottles)
- Small supply of nonperishables and food for emergency visits
- Seasonal items and household essentials (as available)


Family Engagement & Empowerment
Strengthening families through unity, trust, and celebration.
Family programs create opportunities for children, youth, and parents to learn, connect, and belong.

Children's Engagement (K-7)
Free bilingual PIR Day Camps open to the whole community. Camps provide enrichment and fun while fostering belonging and connection across cultures.
Youth Program (9th grade+)
In partnership with Big Sky Youth Empowerment (BYEP), this yearlong program brings together 8–12 students to build connection and belonging while exploring the outdoors. Activities range from skiing in winter to climbing and rafting in summer. Groups meet Tuesdays and Sundays, with meals and transportation included. No cost to participate.
Family Gatherings
Seasonal events in partnership with community organizations and Bienvenidos-led celebrations focused on unity, trust, and celebration.
Winter Clothing Drive
Every October, Bienvenidos ensures families are prepared for Montana winters. Open to **all members of our community—regardless of language, origin, or time in Montana—**this event fosters welcome and care through practical support.


Education Para Todos
Building English skills for life and work.
Education Para Todos (EPT) (former English Para Todos) offers practical and inclusive English classes that support both personal and professional growth. By combining language skills with empowerment, we help participants build independence and confidence. In partnership with Gallatin College.
Highlights:
- Open for individuals 12 years and over
- 3 annual sessions (Jan–Apr, May–Jul, Sep–Nov)
- 4 evenings per week (Mon–Thu, 7:00–8:30 PM)
- Sliding fee scale (free for youth under 18; children 12-15 may attend with an adult)
- Levels: Basic, Basic Intermediate, Advanced Intermediate
- Skill Workshops: Life skills, workplace readiness, and community leadership trainings
- Bright Future Scholarships: Supporting youth in education and career pathways
