Connecting, Learning, and Celebrating Together

Events in Gallatin County

At Bienvenidos, we believe that community thrives when we come together. Our events page is divided into two main areas:
  • Family & Community Gatherings – Fun, welcoming spaces for connection and joy.

  • Advocacy & Education – Opportunities to stay informed, learn, and take action.

Some events are organized directly by Bienvenidos, while others are hosted by our partners or local organizations. We list them all here so you can find what matters most to you.

Stories Beyond Borders

Join us for an evening of community, connection, and gratitude as we gather to celebrate another year of Bienvenidos and the people, families, and stories that make our work possible.

Tuesday, October 13, 2026
5:30–8:30 PM
The Rialto | 10 W Main Street, Bozeman

Stories Beyond Borders is one of our favorite nights of the year. It is an opportunity to pause, come together, and celebrate the incredible work our community has made possible over the past year. Thanks to the generosity of donors, partners, volunteers, and supporters like you, Bienvenidos is able to continue to help immigrant families navigate challenges, build connections, and find a sense of belonging in the Gallatin Valley.

Your evening will include a delicious dinner from La Tinga, cocktails, updates on Bienvenidos’ work and impact over the past year, and a special Call for Cash to help us continue this work into the year ahead. We’ll also celebrate with live music from John Robert’s y Pan Blanco and CUBUSA, dancing from Sizzling Salsa, and plenty of time to connect with friends and fellow supporters.

Winter Clothing Drive

Annual Winter Clothing Drive

As colder weather approaches, Bienvenidos is bringing our community together to help ensure our neighbors have access to warm winter clothing. Join us for our annual Winter Clothing Drive, where community members can donate new or gently used winter gear and families can shop for the items they need at no cost.

Friday, October 16 – Sunday, October 18, 2026
Christus Collegium | 714 S. 8th Ave, Bozeman, MT

Friday, October 16 – Set-Up & Donation Drop-Off Begins
We’ll kick off the weekend by setting up the space and beginning to accept winter clothing donations. Volunteers will be needed to help with setup, donation intake, and sorting.

Saturday, October 17 – Donation Drop-Off Day
Community members are invited to drop off new or gently used winter clothing and gear. Volunteers will help receive, organize, and sort donations in preparation for Sunday’s distribution.

Sunday, October 18 – Community Pick-Up Day
The Winter Clothing Drive will open to the entire Gallatin Valley community. Anyone in need of winter clothing is welcome to come and select items for themselves and their family at no cost. Volunteers will be available to help families shop and keep items organized throughout the day.

Want to help?
We need volunteers throughout the weekend for setup, donation intake, sorting, organizing, and assisting families during distribution.

We especially welcome donations of clean, gently used coats, snow pants, boots, hats, gloves, and other cold-weather gear, with a particular need for men’s and children’s items
We do our best to keep this calendar updated so you can plan ahead. For the most up-to-date announcements, last-minute changes, and new event info, follow us on our social media channels — that’s where we post in real time!
